Meghan chose to pursue a Ph.D. in chemical engineering because she wanted an intellectual challenge and an opportunity to positively impact society. She is passionate about piquing girls’ interest in STEM and breaking stereotypes of who can be an engineer. She was never one to follow the rules and loves that Cornell Engineering encourages researchers to take risks in order to create a better world.
